While Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs drew fresh capital on Friday, Solana ETFs posted their second outflow of September and XRP ETFs recorded a clean zero. SoSoValue’s September 4 print places Bitcoin ETFs at a $174.6 million net inflow, led by roughly $117 million into IBIT and about $57 million into FBTC. Ethereum ETFs followed with a $26.46 million positive print.

Solana ETFs (BSOL and FSOL) logged a $5.21 million net outflow, marking the clearest contrast inside the majors group. XRP ETFs finished the session at zero, the first such day for that product in September 2026. The split keeps attention on which chains continue to attract institutional flows and which ones sit on the sideline.

Christian Barker (Barkmeta / Bark) and David Chaboki (Shibo) opened the Doginal Dogs Saturday Space by walking through the same SoSoValue numbers. Their discussion stayed on the BTC and ETH green prints versus the SOL red print and the XRP flat line, without referencing prior weeks or regulatory orders.

Price action on Saturday morning showed the majors moving modestly higher in spot markets. CoinGecko data at 11:03 a.m. ET listed Bitcoin at $79,710, up 0.41 percent over 24 hours. Ethereum traded at $2,457.78, up 0.16 percent. Solana sat at $102.73, higher by 1.26 percent, and Dogecoin printed $0.087737, up 3.87 percent.

The weekly Bitcoin ETF total reached $986.9 million, with the three-week cumulative figure now at $3.8 billion according to Cointelegraph tracking. Those aggregates underscore the steady institutional bid that has continued through recent sessions even as altcoin flows diverged.

Flow leadership breakdown

Bitcoin ETFs again accounted for the bulk of the daily total, more than six times the Ethereum figure. The concentration inside IBIT and FBTC shows where the largest single-product inflows landed. Ethereum’s smaller but still positive number kept it ahead of the rest of the majors pack.

Solana’s outflow stands apart because the product had only one prior negative session this month. The $5.21 million exit reverses the modest inflows seen earlier in the week and leaves the chain’s ETF line in negative territory for the period.

XRP’s zero result closes out the majors picture. With no net movement recorded, the product neither added nor lost capital, producing the clearest flat line of the session.

Weekend context

Traders watching the Saturday Space noted that the Friday split aligns with broader spot price moves already visible on the chart. Bitcoin and Ethereum both posted modest green candles into the weekend, while Solana’s gain came despite the ETF outflow. The data leaves open the question of whether weekend flows will build on the same pattern or reset ahead of next week’s prints.

The numbers from SoSoValue give a clean weekend reference point without overlap from the larger inflow day recorded earlier in the week. Focus stays on the relative performance inside the ETF complex and how those figures map to the spot candles now visible across the majors.
